ONot only do we fix your IT Support problems but we act as your own personal IT Manager making suggestions and putting into place anything to do with IT that could benefit your organisation. This could include remote backups, remote access solutions to the office, blackberry configurations or even looking at the latest software applications and installing them for you.

How do we work?

We realise that it is important to keep your costs to a minimum and thats why we work remotely where possible. With secure, remote access to your network we can support you from anywhere in the world. We want to work as efficiently as possible so remote access is imperative to offering a fast, rapid response and fix whilst keeping costs for clients at a minimum.

Pricing Plans

Our aim is to offer competitive prices for our IT Support services that are value for money. We offer an excellent service and are extremely confident you will be pleased and have every belief in our abilities.

For clients who require adhoc support our hourly IT Support rate over the phone is £40 +vat per hour. If we have to come onsite our rate is £55 +vat per hour plus travel expenses.

Monthly support contracts are available and pricing would be dependent on outstanding systems and your requirements.

We believe our monthly contracts offer peace of mind to our clients and allow us to dedicate specified amounts of time to improving your IT infrastructure and making it more reliable.
