Windows 7 Launches
Ok, so Windows 7 is here but what does it mean to you and why would you want to upgrade your computer or buy a new computer with it? Well here is a brief overview of some of the new benefits and reasons to upgrade:
1) Firstly it has been designed to make things easier. Microsoft seem to have recognised that they didn't get it right with Windows Vista. Sharing music, documents, printers and anything in your home is now a lot easier. Better task bar windows for previewing minimised windows, faster and easier search and jump lists show you recent files with a single click.
2) Windows 7 offers smoother running of your PC with better memory utilisation, faster sleep and resume for your PC, compatibility with the latest 64 bit hardware and multi core processors. All of this helps your PC become more stable and quicker to use.
3) Connect to networks within a couple of clicks whether it be the office, home or a wifi hotspot. Windows Touch (with a touch screen) will allow you to flick through things like pictures simply by using your finger.

Jewellery Website Now Online
Peter Edwards Jewels is a portfolio website displaying a range of professionally photographed items of jewellery utilising a bespoke database application allowing the client to have full control over the products that are listed on the site along with content management facilities to manage the pictures, descriptions and price.
The website has been developed as part of a collaboration working with JMA Results who designed the site and utilised BrightCode to turn the design into a working database system.
