BWI School Increase IT Support Services

Bishop Winnington Ingram (BWI) are so happy with the IT Support services offered by BrightCode that they have increased the number of days for onsite support to 2 days per week!!

The BrightCode team are extremely proud of the results achieved at BWI school. Over the past year and a half the school has seen its network and computers become more reliable and stable whilst maintaining the extremely tight ICT budget at the school.

Along with improvements in reliability, the actual computer facilities have also improved with new PCs to allow for 3 computers per classroom in addition to the ICT suite, a secure wireless network, a content managed noticeboard system to display school information and much more...

Over the summer the school is undertaking 2 major projects. The first project is the installation of a new system to allow for school communications to be sent via email and text.

The second project is the implementation of the new Managed Learning Environment (MLE) provided by Fronter and the London Grid For Learning.

Not only have BrightCode provided the technical expertise for the school but they have also project managed various initiatives and worked with the ICT team to ensure budgets are spent efficiently and effectively throughout the school.
