Help Portal Launched
The latest addition to the BrightCode website is the new Customer Help Portal which has been created to add additional help and advice for all of our BrightCode customers.
The new help portal offers assistance on the powerful e-commerce package, the extensive content management system, the BrightMail email system and overtime will also offer valuable IT Support advice for all of our clients as a free internet resource
It will remain a work in progress with new content being uploaded regularly and as we receive support requests from our customers.
An exciting feature of the system is the live chat facility where you will be able to talk to one of BrightCode's IT experts for advice and support.
